
Gary Mednicov, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America came to Chicago with the dream of creating an East Coast Style eatery. Armed with an extensive knowledge of Italian meats, breads & cheese Gary designed a menu whose food is both delicious and easy on the wallet. In 1976 Gary’s dream was realized with the opening of Garibaldi's Hoffman Estates. Through the years Garibaldi's Hoffman Estates has grown from 96 seats to 180 and the 50's style décor appeals to customers of all ages. |

Garibaldi’s has expanded its business to include hot lunch programs for over 20 schools and snack bars at local swimming pools during the summer months. In 1995, Garibaldi’s began making its own frozen pizzas for fundraising opportunities geared towards local schools and other organizations.
